Hi, my name is Joanna Kan.

I'm a freelance graphic designer/ illustrator/ painter/ figure skater/ urban nomad/ explorer/ survival artist/ daydreame& full time love vigilante. I grew up in the ultra hectic city of Hong Kong with five other crazy creative Kans. We all love making stuff and favorite past-times in the Kan household include design competitions, photoshoots, funny homevideos & inventing ridiculous games that don't make sense. From a early age, I dreamed of escaping babylon and becoming an artist.

In 2003, I finally broke free and moved to London. After one year of foundation art & soul searching, I got accepted into the (BA) Graphic Design course at Central Saint Martin's College of Art & Design. Now I live in and work in Berlin, drawn by the city's unique arty D.I.Y. charm, electronic music and liberal mindset.
